While the pizza was good and the staff friendly I couldnt help seeing small rodents (the review will not let me use the name of this animal) run around the food area. The movie space was so dirty it looked like it had not been cleaned in 10 years. Take out is a great idea when thinking of this place.

The pizza is great. Best in town actually. Unfortunately the staff all seem to 20-somethings with attitudes who don't tolerate the 'normals' very well. If you have enough tattoos and piercings, I'm sure you will be treated fine. I will have a hard time going back here after disdainful and disrespectful treatment.

McMinnville has several pizza joints. Some are chains, most are authentic. But, 3rd Street Pizza kicks it up a notch (don't be mad, Emeril). The flavors are great with real home town combinations. The pizza's are always hot and fresh, with a perfect crusty crunch, but not too much. And, this place not only has a theater in it, but they also have bands playing all the time. So, if your looking for an awsome slice, some good brew (or sodas), and a good show, come down to 3rd Street. Not only is it downtown for fast pick ups, but they also deliver. I recommend 3rd Street Pizza. And, you should try their cheesey garlic bread. Good food, good times, 3rd Street Pizza.

Great pizza, family atmosphere, movie theatre on site, 2nd run movies mostly. Friendly small-town staff. The pizza crust was a bit too thin for my taste, but friends loved it.

At 3rd St Pizza I had the best pizza I have had. Anywhere. Period.
